Dingbats & Pro Bikes Big Bike Giveaway

• Promotion Description.  This promotion is sponsored by Dingbats Monroeville Mall, 200 Mall Circle Drive, Monroeville, PA 15146, Dingbats 357 Pittsburgh Mills Circle, Frazier Township, PA 15084, Pro Bikes, 4030 William Penn Hwy Monroeville, PA 15146, Pro Bikes 5876 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15217 and Pro Bikes 102 Ft. Couch Road Bethel Park, PA 15241. The promotion begins Friday, April 1, 2011 and ends Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at 12pm.  All Entries must be received on or before the deadline.  Promotion is void where prohibited.  By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these promotion rules.
• Eligibility.  No purchase necessary to enter or win.  This promotion is open only to legal U.S. residents with a valid email account.  Employees and immediate family members of employees of Dingbats Restaurants and Pro Bikes as well as their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and their advertising and production agencies are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Only one entry for each individual / e-mail address will be accepted, and multiple entries will be disqualified.
• How to Enter.  There are 2 ways to enter this promotion.  Individuals can log on to www.probikesllc.com and complete the online entry form or fill out entry form at any Dingbats or Pro Bikes locations.  Entries online or submitted on official entry form MUST INCLUDE A VALID EMAIL.
• Entries must be filled out completely and legibly in order to qualify, and will be void if they are, in whole or in part, incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, counterfeit, altered, or obtained through theft or fraud.  Dingbats and Pro Bikes are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or mutilated entries, including due to transmission, technical, and/or network failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any hardware or software (whether originating with sender or Dingbats or Pro Bikes), telephonic failures, human error, or any other error or malfunction.  Entries must have a valid email account to enter and win. A potential winner may be requested to provide proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with a winning entry. Winners will be contacted through an email notification and will have ten days to contact us to accept their prize. Dingbats and Pro Bikes are not responsible for a notification that is deleted by your SPAM protection. If we are not contacted within ten days business days then a new winner will be chosen. Prizes will be available for pick up at each Dingbats location. Dingbats and Pro Bikes will not ship prizes to anyone and if you are unable to pick up your prize then a new winner will be chosen. Winners will be presented with their prize and photographs will be taken for unlimited use by Dingbat’s and Pro Bikes.
